Facilities
- Our cleanroom laundry at the moment is solely catered for disc drive/ wafer industries
- No cross contamination worries as garments were segregate and send to designated washer.
Staff
- Well trained and experienced staff (more than 10 years in Cleanroom Laundry Services.)
Materials
- Bar coding scanning system for easy tracking and record of garments.
- Our production is fully running with D.I water and Lab Test on the D.I water. (No city water piping connected to the washer).
System
- We use only qualify cleanroom chemicals.
- Complete and scheduled preventive maintenance for the facility’s to ensure continues and smooth operation.
- Strict quality control and checking on the garments before delivery to clients.
- Our Cleanroom is certified by NEBB standard as ISO Class 4, 5 & 8 and vertification carry out every six(6) months. (Class 10, 100, 10k)
- We use qualify cleanroom class 10 hand glove and wipers.
- Tested silicon and amide free plastic bags.
